A couple of days back I lost connection to 4g on my note 4. I've done the following :
- Called Maxis (local service provider) and increased my data plan thinking I've run out.
- Checked with Maxis to see if anything wrong with my Internet data plan. They said everything ok.
- Made sure I'm not on data roaming.
- Powered off and rebooted countless times.
