Downloadin apps to SD card on Android GSM Model:GT9000

My phone has a whopping storage of 107MG and my SD card has 8GB. My phone won't let me download ANY apps to my SD card so I basically have nothing. How can I get them to download anything to my SD card so I can download more apps?
