Galaxy note 10.1 as a Cell Phone

I have a similar question regarding the use of my tablet as a cell phone as well,

I have a TMobile galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition, with no phone capabilities neverthe less

Its a SIM card with a phone # it work with data and wi-fi divice but no phone apps what do I need to make work as a phone?? it seem to be fully loaded. also; what is GMS?
