Goggle play service installation problem

Hello I am facing a great problem about Google play service installation. My Android device is Symphony W70 and its Version is ICS 4.0.4. I am can't install Google play service in my mobile.

I download this app several time and try to install it, it says that “Incompatible with other applications(s) using the same shared user ID”.

I need to install this apps because i play a game name is Clash Of Clan, If I factory reset my mobile all game data will loose. I don't want to loose my data and don't want to reset factory.

I search many many web site for this problem. but i don't fine any solution for this problem.

please help me to do that.
