How to re-install FmRadio.apk to rooted S3 mini

I have the apk and the .odex file of radio app. I have clicked once the copied version of the apk to see what will happen when I tried to install it. Than it disappeared. Now I deleted and copied both file into system/app and checked the permission. It didn't work. I have tried system apk installers. They didn't work too.

What should I do. App manager doesn't see the app and there is no shortcut on app drawer.
