Voice Recorder not working on LG G2

I bought new LG G2 and encounter with microphone issues:

  I try to record lesson using voice recorder application, and I receive this exception: "Cannot start voice recording while other application is using audio".

  Getting this error while trying to record video: "Unable to record video during call" (although I didn't in call).

  
  

After few research I found it's impossible to use the microphone while Google Voice is enabled from any screen. I removed the V-mark and all start to work.

My question: Does it's really need to work like this? Can I use the microphone from any app while I use Google Voice from any screen?
