Why does my Note 4 reboot when I turn off airplane mode?

It doesn't happen every time, about 75% of the time when I turn airplane mode off it completely reboots the phone. Doesn't seem to matter what apps are or are not running. Galaxy Note 4 that I have had for about 6 weeks.
