Why is one of my devices not listed on my Google Play Music Manager (Mac)?

I'm trying to work out why my galaxy s4 is not listed as a device on my Google Play Music Manager installed on my Mac. On "Manage My Devices" I only shows up my own Mac and a tablet (2 devices), although my galaxy s4 is running the same app and showing all the musics I am uploading from my mac.
