Whatsapp - Samsung T230 Galaxy Tab 4 8GB Wi-Fi 7-inch Tablet

I bought new tablet today - Samsung T230 Galaxy Tab 4 8GB Wi-Fi 7-inch Tablet

I was wondering, how can I install Whatsapp/Viber and Skype to that?

I think its not officially supported, however how safe it is to use above applications and hows performance over this tablet?

Would be pleased to see, overall user experience here.

Also pls guide on how to install and run it.
