app for scanning to pdf with ocr or just best pdf quality slides

Searching for an app that will give the best quality of scanned documents/books to pdf? Also wounder if any of these apps could make the pdf in ocr format(so I can search within the document)?

If ocr isn't possible then I'm still interested in which apps that gives the pdf slides of best quality.
