Cannot run apps which require specific Android version on Samsung Galaxy Ace (JellyBlast ROM)

I have Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830i) and I just updated it to Android 4.1.1 using JellyBlast custom ROM. However, apps that require Android 2.3.6 or more still don't work. It just says "Damaged package parse error". I also think it's not because I don't have ARMv7. I looked for other apps that require more than 2.3.6 but they don't work either. Could you help me?
