Enable android sdk for all windows users

I installed Android SDK to my Windows 8.1 PC and selected "install for this user only". On that moment, i had only one user using my PC.

Now, i added a new user for my PC and i want to enable sdk for the other user as well. Do i need to install the sdk(it takes few hours because i need to install many APIs) for this user from the beginning as well or is there any trick to bypass this installation for a second time?
