help..lost "settings" menu access...4.4.3

i lost access and i need to restore factory to possibly return to clear the issue

recently moved from smooth rooted system on both beanstalk custom and slimsaber (both kitkat 4.4.2) and decided to try omni rom 4.4.3 but when i wiped and flashed i lost my recovery access(TWRP) and lost root... then somehow got in a bind somehow disabling my settings and developer options menus....and i cant rerootusing usb cause the connector is bad

foward...i think if i wipe data factory restore i can at least get my menus accessible

maybe there is a term cmd to factory reset or a good root (i tried framaroot and towelroot) for me via apk.

please help with any ideas
