In which folder does my Sony Xperia pro keep logs (I suspect it is full, but cannot find it)

I read in a couple of articles that one reason for a full internal memory could be that /data/log has become full. If I would delete it, I could install new apps again.

I rooted my phone (using this how-to) and can indeed now see the content of /data, but cannot find /data/log or any other similar folder. Is it possible that this folder is somewhere else on my Xperia pro's firmware? Is it possible that my phone has a different folder of logs that shows up somewhere else?
