I have mistakely uninstalled all system apps

This is my first post here and I start with respect to everyone. Sorry if I am rude or if my English is not correct. I rooted my Symphony Xplorer T8i Tablet and then I mistakely uninstalled all apps with root uninstaller, including system apps. Now my tab won't even turn on. Please help me. I have been struggling for more than seven months trying to fix this thing. Tab Page
