ADB Backup Restoration on an older Android version

I have made an adb backup of my OnePlus One running this ROM based on Android 5.0.2 (http://ift.tt/1wzJZAE). Is it then possible, considering the latest release of Android for the Nexus 5 is 5.0.1, to then restore this backup onto a Nexus 5 running 5.0.1?
