Celkon a350 asking for Privacy Protection Password even after Hard reset

I've got a celkon a350 mobile phone running on Kitkat operating system. I forgot my password. So I did a hard reset by holding on some keys (volume and power) hoping that it would not ask for password. But to my surprise it is asking for something called "Privacy Protection Password" which I never heard of. Someone help me...
