Contact migration from windows 7.8 to andriod 5.0 lillipop

Hi recently I got a new phone . As my all contacts are in window 800 I wanted to migrate to android lillipop . I followed these instructions" How do I transfer numbers/contacts from Windows Mobile to Android?."

But unfortunately many recently add contacts where missing . I presume that many contacts are not saved in outlook or its in the phone memory .which resulted in missing contacts .

I still use old phone what would the better option to have a proper sync
