Failed to save new contact after "reset to factory"

Last night I reset my samsung galaxy s4 mini to factory defaults. After that, I set my google id on phone and sync my contacts again. But now when i try to save new contact on phone, after first internet connection, contact automaticly deleted! But if i create this contact on contacts.google.com (personal contact page) page , everything is good and contact added to my phonebook too.
