Is there anything in Google's terms and conditions which restrict selling apks outside Google Play?

Does anyone know if it is possible, within the terms and conditions of making Android apps, to sell apks outside Google Play?

E.g. a company wants to buy my app, but it is not suitable for Google Play so I want to sell them access to the apk directly.
