my tab not working after installing a cwm frim play store

I installed a cwm recovery from play store on my android tablet .After installing the cwm recovery it rebooted. When it rebooted it cam to the the cwm recovery that I installed it became stuck and the started to reboot again and again becoming stuck.icant even reboot myself to the android system .what can I do to get my android tablet back to working condition.please give me solution.
