rooted gionee elife e7 rom help

I have a rooted gionee elite e7.. I want to remove amigo and put some other rom. Pls help . Is there Any other awesome stuff I can do with it. I have uninstall ed almost all pre installed apps. There weren't many though.. pls give links and make me understand the concept of n android recovery using carp etc. It's a 32 GB model
