can not receive messages from locked users

My cellphone is HTC Sensation Z710E. when I want to delete a message , there would be the note that, delete locked messages.here, whether I should tick or not. and yesterday, I ticked it without noticing and realized if i do like this, i can not receive the message from that user. so please help me, how can I unlock it
