how can I get the app to work again?

Ok. Now I'm sitting here with a note3. I have 2 mess apps. Ran both bak n forth at 1 point. N now that I need to open the 1 that came installed, it givs me this "unfortunately has stopped .com wsomacp" I can't take it anymore!
