Cannot push App to more than 100 Devices from the google play store.

I have more than a 100 devices associated with a single email id. However, when I open the play store to install an app, I see only 100 of those devices, and the rest are not shown in the drop down. The problem is I am now not able to push to all my devices. Why does the play store show only 100 devices ?

I called up Google play support and even they had no answer and asked me to talk to the app developer. ( I am the app developer, and there is nothing I can do to keep a check on number of devices shown on google play ! )

Please help me. !!!
