Moto G Lollipop: too many cross talks

I am often getting cross talks, call forwarding automatically to another unknown number while on call & call disconnection after I updated my Moto G to Lollipop. Is it a OS issue? can I resolve it? Or should downgrade back to K? or should be serviced?
