Damaged sd card error after rooting Xperia m 4.3JB. Card works well with others systems

I have recently rooted and flashed my xperia m 4.3JB with stock rom 15.A.4.1.9 (since it went to boot loop). After flashing, the phone shows damaged sd card error. I tried formatting the sd card with a computer. But I can't format it using my phone,it again shows damaged sd card. I think there might be some system files missing for reading sd card. Please I need help fix this problem. PS: I have tried factory reset of the phone and even flashed another latest stock rom.
