Droidvpn tcp connection error

I just ask for your help to solve a problem I have with droidvpn. I have an android 4 and when I try to connect I often an error message : "tcp connection was closed" , failed tcp authentification" . I using mobile networks connexion. Help me please...sorry i am not speak english...
