Google Play Store APK showing Samsung s3 as incompatible with min SDK version 14+

I have an APK with min SDK version as 14+ and Target SDK as 17, but in Google Play store when I try to install it on an Samsung S3 it shows the APK as incompatible, same with Samsung Nexus all with OS version greater then 4.0
