Platform: Nexus 10 (16GB), Android 5.0.2, Free memory available: ~2.5GB
Using Word app for Android and OneDrive app for Android (OneDrive is a connected service to Word app)
(i) Add new folders to OneDrive on Nexus they DO NOT appear in Word app folder list. (Also they do appear in OneDrive desktop folder on PC).
(ii) Add new folders to OneDrive on PC they DO appear in Word app folder list!
I have reset/reinstalled/deleted caches and apps many times but no change. Very frustrating. (Reluctant to do factory reset).
There seems to be something awry with the syncing? The Desktop method works fine but the tablet version does not.
Same issue with Excel app and PowerPoint app.
Any advice appreciated. Have spent several hours online with Microsoft support but they cannot help.
