Galaxy Note 4 dual sim- getting google play

I recently purchased a dual sim Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from China.

model details as follows.

Model No. - SM-N9100 Android ver- 4.4.4 Baseband version - N9100ZCU1ANJ3 version - MP1.100 Dual Sim

Now this device has a very different and restricted. it has no option to sing google accounts and utilize google services. i would also like to download a few more input language packs.

i am not sure how to make this a "normal" andriod phone.

what i would like to know is if there is if there is a fix for this available? however complicated or simplr it maybe. this is as i feel without the apps the phone cannot really be utilized properly.

hope to get some positive step by step guidance.
