How do I record NMEA sentences from a Garmin GLO?

I recently picked up a Garmin GLO bluetooth GPS unit. My question, how do I log to file the NMEA data streaming from the GLO to my Samsung Galaxy S5 (Android 4.4.4)?

I've been using Bluetooth GPS and although a nice application with the ability to view the NMEA data, it does not have an option to log the NMEA data.

Any suggestions?
