I'm trying to download an app, but it wont let me press certain buttons...whats the matter?

So I have 7 inch long android tablet. I am trying to download an app, but whenever I click on install it asks me to confirm, but it wont let me press continue or skip. Ive tried doing the paint app advice you gave someone else, and I could paint the screen fully, so nothing is the matter with the screen. So I don't understand what is the matter, and why it wont let me. Please give me all the advice you have to give, this is an awesome game!!!
