Accidentally deleted the system gmail app after rooting myphone

As mentioned above i deleted the system gmail app after rooting, later i couldn't opening play store and error message popped up saying need Google account.

So i was not knowing what to do, so did factory reset and after factory reset phone is kind of hung at android symbol. It say touch to begin but nothing happening on touch, its not going to next step.

Please can any one tell how to get phone ready.
