nexus 4, 4.4.3 update stops on error when installing

I got an update for KitKat 4.4.3 on my nexus 4 phone but when I install it it downloads and when it re-boots it reaches halfway and shows error. I've tried to do the upgrade after a factory reset as well, same error. My phone is not rooted.
