Samsung galaxy grand 2 slow downs after upgrades

i was using grand 2 for 6months and was running on jellybean, and after upgrade to kitkat it is too slow to operate. is there any way to downgrade my cell without rooting the cell. Or any other suggestion to speedup my cell.
