Android Lollipop update on Nexus 4

Ever since I have upgraded to Android lollipop, I'm facing the following issues:

1. 
   

   Location services not working/updating

   
   


2. 
   

   Alarms not working

   
   


3. 
   

   Texts not getting delivered/getting sent 3-4 times

   
   


4. 
   

   Phone not charging even when plugged in
