My device (Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus GT-S5301) doesn't send any SMS and even sending or receiving files through Bluetooth

Recently I remember stopping some 2 services in order to boost ram performance but later my phone refused to send any SMS and it dosent also receive or send any files through bluetooth but it does pairing to some certain devices. Well I cant remember the names of those two services I did stop. Please help a friend. Android version: 4.0.4 Rooted
