show clock seconds on lockscreen and statusbar SG S5 android 5.0

Is it (still) impossible to show clock seconds on lockscreen and statusbar? Im on Galaxy S5 android 5.0.

I know this has been asked previously in 2013. I guess still no solution to this? Does anyone know why android is preventing this or not implementing it? I had no problems with this on jb iPhone 5 and no battery problems.

With android 4 i used statusbar seconds app but it was eating battery heavily and it now with android 5 it doesnt even work.

I have never seen a real working locksceen seconds solution for android.
