After downloading the android/lollipop app why does my phone keep showing "NO ROOM FOR DOWNLOADING, .com.imsservice has stopped and contac

Downloaded android lollipop app and since teen nothing but trouble. Can't download even tho I moved most of my apps to my sd card. Then it says contacts stopped and ....com.imsservice stopped. What is that Ready to thru this phone in garbage. PLEASE HELP NOW!
