Anyone know if exist a wearable device that capture eye motion?

I would know an information,

i'm searching a wearable device, in particular a glass, that which can be interfaced with a smartphone or a tablet (android and other OS), the only one request is that the glass MUST capture the eyes motion, in order to bind "movement" with a defined action.

Anyone know if exist a device with this characteristic ?
