How to Detect Which App is Accessing Bluetooth from a Pop-up

I have a new Huawei Ascent Mate 2 4G Android phone and once in a while I get a message that some application tries to use bluetooth and make my phone discoverable for few hundred seconds. How do I trace which app is doing so and for what reason?
