How to rescue OnePlus One not responding to touch, bootlooping

My OnePlus One has randomly decided to brick itself. It doesn't respond to touch within the recovery (darn, why didn't I use CWM with button controls...) and whenever I try to boot into one of my ROMs (I'm using MultiROM) it starts the boot process then, about 20 seconds later, goes back into the MultiROM autoboot UI. I have adb enabled and can access \sdcard but not system/data; touch works within MultiROM.

I don't expect to keep my data (except what I can salvage from the sdcard) but how do I use adb to wipe everything (including recovery) and then install a ROM from a .zip?

Many thanks!
