Is it a Bootloop or something wrong with Android?

I have a Starmobile UP Mini (i'm from the PH) for 2 months now and I was moving some files over to my Phone using my PC and then it asked me to Format my SD card so I did and then I decided to Restore it to my Factory Settings and when it entered Recovery Mode my Phone suddenly died (Badluck huh?) and now whenever I boot it up it just stays on the "Starmobile" logo,I had 4.4 KitKat

I already did the "wipe data/factory reset" and "wipe cache partition" trick

I have no root I don't have CWM or TWRP

How do I fix? .n.
