It is possible to get reading the information that should go to a printer?

I have a computer in company that I have no access to it system. This computer has an USB printer, and there is no option to export files from it. The only possible output is printing reports on paper through printer.

I want to get this printed information instead go to printer, grab on Android as file or on memory. Even if needed to use another hardware like arduino or beagleboard it will be OK.

Its OK to work as Sniffer on printer or replace the printer with another USB device.
