WiFi Connected but no internet access. Cyberoam used

I'm using Nexus 7 tab and htc desire mobile. Both the devices are getting connected to the WiFi network in my hostel. However, I'm not getting the login page that will be opening in the browser which i will get when logging in from my laptop. As a result, even though both the devices are connected to the WiFi network, i cant access internet. We are using Cyberoam here. I'm using static ip and all the details ie ip, gateway, dns1 & 2 and subnet mask are provided. P.S Some of us are able to login but some are not.
