change CyanogenMod Profile from the command line

Is there any way to change to a different CyanogenMod Profile using the command line (shell) on the phone? I'd like to program my PC to ssh to my phone and have it run a command to change the phone to a given profile. I'm running Android 4.4.4 (CyanogenMod version 11-20141112-SNAPSHOT-M12). For example "ssh -n myphone.local magic-command Work" should change to the Work profile.
