Changing resolution problem

I recently used nomone resolution changer to change me tablet resolution with 1920*1080 220dpi. Upon restarting one day all of a sudden i get com.android.systemui and com.android.phone crash. I have usb debugging on but the problem is rsa keys. It has not been confirmed and i cannot since these crash notifications wont go away so i cant use adb shell.

i have used ro.adb.secure=0 ro.secure=0 ro.allow.mock.location=0 ro.debuggable=1 persist.sys.usb.config=adb

but does not work.

Do you know which file saves the actual resolution, not build.prop. I mean which file does wm density reset and size reset change?

I have cwm and i can access recovery and download mode Its a samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition.
