I have an old Nexus 4 with a broken screen which seems to be fine otherwise. I would like to use it for something else which doesn't require a screen. But unfortunately it seems like it is stock Android with USB Debugging turned off. I can't find it with ADB at least.
Is there a way to gain access to this phone? Maybe do a full wipe and get a ROM on there?
