Force users to remove an unpublished app

I have lost my keystore file, so I can't publish an update to my app. So, I'm going to republish as a different app. But I wanted all the users who had already downloaded the app, to delete the old one.

I know how to unpublish an app, but can I force the current users to have the old app deleted?
